Free shipping is available for all items with a purchase value of $150 or more after all discounts/coupons have been applied.
Shipping & handling costs apply to all orders with a purchase value of less than $150.
All orders are processed within 1-5 working days of the purchase date. Due to changes in Australia Post's delivery schedules, items may take longer than estimated. If you have not received an order within 12 business days, please notify us by email at: email@example.com
Customers will be emailed a link via Australia Post so they can track their orders online. Customers are advised to check their tracking number online to determine when their parcels will arrive. In the case where an item has not been delivered yet shows as being delivered in the online tracking, it is the customer's responsibility to follow this up with the carrier as delivered items are no longer considered the property of the sender.
Magazine subscriptions do not include tracking and are not sent via registered post. Vasili's Garden will ensure the address details listed on the envelope are correct based on details entered by the customer. Once magazines have been sent, Vasili's Garden takes no responsibility for how Australia Post delivers items to the address and cannot be held liable in cases where magazines are stolen from letterboxes. Replacements will only be sent if address details have not been recorded correctly by Vasili's Garden.
We deliver Australia Wide with our courier Australia Post. All orders are processed and despatched within 48 business hours from the time the orders are placed and are then collected by Australia Post within 24hrs of their despatch time.
Please note, despatch times may be affected during Sale/Promotional periods and delays can be expected. Our team endeavours to get all orders out as soon as possible.
Tracking is available on all orders unless otherwise stated and will be issued via email once items have been despatched. Signature on delivery is required unless requested not to by the receiver in the Checkout page under ‘Customer comments/delivery instructions’.
Due to the current unprecedented circumstances, there may be extended delays in transit and delivery of orders through our courier/Australia post services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
Pickups in Lethbridge
Pickups are available Monday – Friday between 9:30am-3pm. Booking in a Date and Time for a pickup is required and can be arranged via email or phone call. No pets are permitted on the premises. All Pickups should be collected within a week of placing the order. Any Pickups which have not been collected 4 weeks since placing the order are subject to be canceled. Your satisfaction is our first priority at Vasili’s Online. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. The proof is required on all faulty items for our records. This can be presented via documentation (photo/video) or by returning the item. Items must be returned with their original packaging and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Vasili’s Online is not liable for any return postage costs.
