Onion Red Burgundy is a medium sized, flat red onion with firm, white flesh. This is a great variety for beginners, as it is easy to grow, and will tolerate a range of conditions.
- Excellent for slicing.
- Add colour to salads, sandwiches and cooked dishes.
- Use tops as a green onions.
- Stores well.
