Yes, it can! We mail out all online orders with Australia Post! Please ensure you enter your full and complete address when checking out.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order updates via email to track its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. If you haven't received your tracking information, email us at admin@vasilisgarden.com. Note that items shipped via regular mail post (such as seed orders) cannot be tracked.

We have a maximum weight limit of 22kg for all free shipping orders. Due to the high costs of
postage, any orders that have a weight total of 22kg and above, will be subject
to postage charges or order cancellations if shipping costs are not covered.
Free Shipping over $200 is eligible on most products, unless stated in the
description of any particular item (eg. Black Grit 18kg, Superfood 6kg &
Worm Castings 10L may incur postage charges even if the total value of the
order is over $200).

Free shipping is applied to all seed orders, which are sent via regular untracked mail. Please
note that Vasili’s Garden cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged
mail.

All parcels require a signature unless you specify otherwise in the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note that the delivery instructions field has a 50-character limit, so keep it brief!

After selecting your items, go to the Checkout page, choose 'Pick up', and select your closest store for Click and Collect. Complete the checkout process and payment to place your order. Once your order is received and prepared for collection, you will be notified via email with the details for pickup.

We encourage all Click and Collect orders to be collected within one week of receiving your Ready for Pickup notification. These orders will be held for a maximum of three weeks and may be cancelled after this period. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact our team for further assistance.

You can apply any discount code/gift voucher code at Checkout.

All codes must be entered at the checkout page before completing your order. Ensure the spelling is correct and the code is valid for the time/item. For Reward Points FAQ’s, please see the LOYALTY & REWARDS category.

Strictly no discounts can be applied after an order has been completed.

We may also require photo/video proof, demonstrating where the item is faulty, for our records. Please note, items that have clearly been damaged or not carefully maintained by receiver, will not be covered or replaced.

Earn 5 reward points for every $1 spent when shopping online! You can also earn points by completing tasks such as following our social pages, celebrating a birthday & even just from creating an account on our website! You can find ways to earn this by clicking on our ‘Rewards’ button, on the bottom right hand page of the website.

You can redeem points by ‘purchasing’ vouchers or products using your points.

Go to your Account page > click on the 'Loyalty & Rewards' button > scroll down to 'Spend Points' and select 'Redeem'. Once you have earned enough points, you can redeem those points for online coupons or free products.

When redeeming points for online coupons, you can select the amount you want to redeem by adjusting the - + and click 'Redeem $ discount'.

You can redeem a maximum of 4,000 points per reward - redeeming 4,000 points earns you a $40 coupon!

Note: once you have redeemed points, this cannot be reversed. If you do not wish to apply the reward to your order straight away, it will be saved under ‘Your rewards’ and will be valid for 6 months.

Once you have redeemed loyalty points for a Coupon/free gift/other; those points are forever allocated to that reward and cannot be converted back to loyalty points. You have 6 months to redeem the reward, before it expires.

However, get in touch with our team as they may be able to reverse the points for you, if your reward has not yet been redeemed.

Please note, only 1 reward can be redeemed per order. However, rewards can be applied along with any online coupon code and/or product discount/sale.

No! There is no minimum spend to redeeming your rewards!

Yes! Reward coupons can be redeemed in-store at any of our outlets.

Simply redeem your reward points for a coupon code and present this coupon when completing an in-store purchase.

Birthday Points are rewarded on the day of your birthday each year! This reward is limited and only available to customers in Tiers 2-5.

Please note: you will not be rewarded points for your birthday if you enter a date that is within the next 30 days, but will be rewarded the following year on that date.

Tiers are milestones reached when earning points. You will start on tier 1 when creating an account and move up to each tier by earning points. Tier statuses are based off points earned each year. Achieve each tier status by earning points, either by shopping online or by achieving tasks:

Annuals – Tier 1: Earn 0 points

Seedlings – Tier 2: Earn 875 points

Perennials – Tier 3: Earn 2,000 points

Saplings – Tier 4: Earn 5,000 points

Evergreens – Tier 5: Earn 10,000 points.
