Our Pop-Up Click & Collect model offers a low-risk business opportunity for passionate individuals who love gardening and enjoy helping others grow their own.

How It Works

Our Pop-Up Outlet system operates on a consignment-based model. As a new outlet, you will receive stock, with ongoing growth and opportunities, you stock levels can grow while Vasili's Garden always retaining ownership of all stock. Each week, a percentage of the sales from your outlet is transferred to your account after deducting a small admin fee and software/hardware fee. You’ll receive online orders via our website and conduct in-store purchases using our Shopify POS system. All payments are processed centrally and reconciled weekly.

What You Provide

A physical location (e.g., home garage, shed, market stall, or shopfront) where customers can pick up their orders.

A POS-compatible device (smartphone/tablet) or lease equipment from us.

Shelving, a display counter, and commitment to a minimum of two trading days per week (at least four hours each day).

Monthly stocktakes.

Basic product knowledge, friendly service, and professionalism.

Access to the full range of Vasili’s Garden products.

All online infrastructure via our Shopify website.

Regular stock delivery and ongoing support, training, and quality control guidance.

This low-risk business model suits motivated individuals who want to run a part-time or full-time business with the backing of a well-known brand, no upfront stock investment, and simple tech tools.

Getting Started

There is a one-off sign-up fee to become an official outlet. This fee covers your license, onboarding. To begin, simply complete the short questionnaire and submit your application. More details about the trial period, cancellation policy, and refund terms will be provided during the next stage of the application process.
