‘Nantes’ is a classic carrot variety known for its reliable performance and exceptional flavor. Originally developed in the Nantes region of France, this variety has been a favorite among gardeners for generations.

Details: Carrot seeds are small and should be sown thinly to avoid overcrowding. Keep the soil consistently moist until seeds germinate. Once seedlings have grown to a few inches tall, thin them to the desired spacing.

Harvest: 60 – 75 days: harvest when carrots have reached the desired size, typically 15 – 20 cm in length. Pull carrots gently from the soil, taking care not to damage the roots. Enjoy fresh or store in a cool, dark place for extended storage.
