This tool’s been around since 1913, and over 100 years later it’s still doing exactly what it was designed to do, pull weeds out properly, roots and all. No chemicals, no bending, no mucking around, just a simple bit of clever design that works.
The way it works is straightforward. You push the 4 claws into the centre of the weed, go deep enough to get around the root, then use the handle as leverage and lift it out. Not snap it off at the top… actually remove it. That’s the difference.
And the big one, you stay standing the whole time. With over a 110cm handle you’re not on your knees, you’re not bent over, and you’re not feeling it in your back afterwards. Once you use it like this, it’s hard to go back to doing it by hand.
It’s built the way tools used to be built. Powder coated steel where it matters, a solid bamboo handle, nothing over complicated, nothing there to fail. Just a tough, reliable tool that does one job properly.
Now here’s the honest part. This works best when the soil has some moisture in it. After rain, or even just a quick watering beforehand, you’ll get the claws in properly and lift the root out clean. If the ground is bone dry and hard, you’ll be fighting it, and that’s not the tool, that’s just the conditions.
No chemicals, no sprays, nothing going into your soil that shouldn’t be there. Safe around kids, pets, and everything you’re growing.
It’s simple, it’s proven, and it’s been doing the job for over a century.
If you want weeds gone properly, this is how you do it.
