Innovator potatoes are known for their long, oval shape, russet-brown skin and light yellow flesh. With a slightly floury texture and mild, creamy flavour, they’re perfect for making crispy chips, roasting, baking or a good old-fashioned mash.

Indeterminate Potatoes keep growing over a longer season and can produce tubers at different levels along the buried stem. They benefit from regular hilling as they grow, making them well suited to garden beds where there’s plenty of room to mound up the soil.
