All orders are processed within 1-5 working days of the purchase date and are shipped with Australia Post nation wide. Tracking information will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch. Free Shipping is available on orders over $200. This item is eligible for Free Shipping! :) Please note: there is a maximum weight limit of 22kg for ALL free shipping orders. Due to the high costs of postage, any orders that have a weight total of 22kg and above, will incur shipping charges based on your total order weight and shipping destination.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order has been received. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your items within one week of receiving the confirmation email. If you need more time to collect your order, please contact your selected store to make arrangements. Make sure to check stock availability for your chosen location on each product page before you reach checkout. You cannot complete your order unless all items are available at your selected location.
