All Subscription purchases are auto renewing, 12 months from the initial purchase date. You will be notified a week before your next subscription is billed and you can view and cancel your Subscription at any time in your account page.

Please note, cancelling your subscription will only cancel your next billing cycle and will not cancel any outstanding magazines due in your current subscription.

You can purchase a subscription as a gift, simply by adding the recipients shipping details in the Checkout page. You can purchase any number of subscriptions all through the one account, to supply Vasili's Garden to Kitchen Magazine to all your friends and family!

Our Click and Collect locations have different operating hours. Check our FAQ’s page for details on each location. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order has been received. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your items within one week of receiving the confirmation email. If you need more time to collect your order, please contact your selected store to make arrangements. Make sure to check stock availability for your chosen location on each product page before you reach checkout. You cannot complete your order unless all items are available at your selected location.
